Configuration Information

To assist Technical Support in troubleshooting your XANTÉ Series 3 printer, please download the Config.ps file and use XANTÉ Command Center to download the file to your printer. This file prints the configuration data for your printer, including interface configuration, system configuration, and various other configuration settings.

If you have an AW1200 printer, download the Config.ps file to your system. Then in a Macitosh environment, use Adobe Downloader to download this file to your printer. In a PC environment, type the following DOS command, substituting a different port if necessary.
    COPY CONFIG.PS LPT1 [enter]
